Every month, it's the same story. Your client asks for a breakdown of hours. You open your time tracker, export a CSV, wrestle it into a spreadsheet, add some context, format it nicely, save as PDF, and email it over.
An hour gone. Sometimes more.
We're Simon Antony Ltd, a web development agency based in North Wales. We've been building websites and web applications for over 15 years. And for 15 years, we've been manually creating client time reports.
One day, we asked ourselves: why are we still doing this by hand?
So we built Sumlo.
What makes us different
We're not a VC-funded startup chasing growth metrics. We're a small team solving a problem we face every single month. That means:
- We actually use this product ourselves
- We understand agency workflows inside out
- We're not going to bury you in features you don't need
- We're focused on doing one thing brilliantly
The name
Sumlo. Sum up your logs. It does what it says.
Where we're heading
Right now, Sumlo turns your timesheet exports into professional client reports. But we're building towards a complete agency toolkit - proposals, asset collection, client portals. All the boring-but-essential stuff that eats into your billable time.
Want to shape what we build next? We'd love to hear from you.
